The main characteristics of PEEK board:
1: High temperature resistance UL certification long-term use temperature of 260℃. Even when the temperature is as high as 300℃, it can still maintain excellent mechanical properties
2: Wear resistance In many extremely harsh application environments such as high temperature, high load, strong corrosion, PEEK polymer and its composite materials have wear resistance.
3: Self-lubrication has a low coefficient of friction, can achieve oil-free lubrication work, can work in oil, water, steam, weak acid and alkali medium for a long time.
4: Corrosion resistance insoluble in common solvents, for a variety of organic and inorganic chemical reagents, have good corrosion resistance.
5: High strength has good mechanical strength in plastics. At the same time, it also has high rigidity and surface hardness.
6: Easy processing can use injection molding process directly processed parts. Can be turned, milling, drilling, tapping, bonding and ultrasonic welding and other post-processing.
7: Hydrolysis resistance In the temperature of more than 250℃ steam or in high pressure water immersion, PEEK products can still work continuously for thousands of hours without significant performance decline.
8: Flame retardant Without the use of additives, the flammability level of 1.45mm thick PEEK sample is UL94V-0.
9: Low smoke non-toxic combustion when the amount of smoke and gas is particularly low.
10: Electrical performance In a wide range of temperature and frequency, it can still maintain stable and excellent electrical performance.
11: Radiation resistance has a strong resistance to high dose of gamma radiation performance, mechanical properties can be completely retained, can be used as radiation resistant parts in nuclear equipment.
